Thread: relay buzzing

My friend owns a 03 saturn ION with an overhead installed on the roof. However, the overhead didn't support negative trigger for the dome light. He used to switch the polarity into the trigger. Well, it works fine, but the rely buzzes every time the dome light turns off. How would he get rid of this buzz?

Are you sure that he was able to connect it correctly? Maybe, their is a problem with its connection? Did your friend tried to double check with its wiring and others?
