    Default "96 Ford T-bird. NEED HELP

    yesterday my 96 T-bird broke down in front of my house. i was turning the wheel to reverse it out of my drive way.

    This is what happend to my wheel. I was told it was the lower ball joint but im looking for some opinions on how much it would take to get it fixed.
