i am looking to pull the moter on my 2001 ford expedition need info on what to disconnect and what not to

Well there is two ways of doing them. I've done them both ways. One way is to lift the body off the frame. Only way your gonna do that is if you have a hoist. I prefer this way. Then I can pull the whole motor off the frame. The other way is out through the top. Take the hood off, pull the intake manifold and the radiator. Put your chain real tight so it doesn't have much slack and you can pull it out the top.
