    Default Blinkers

A buddy of mine has had problems with his blinkers. They keep going out, and he keeps getting them fixed. Its getting expensive. Even the guys that fix them do not know why the problem keeps happening. Any ideas?

What is the problem of his/her blinker? Does it not blink or it keeps on blinking? Well, I hardly suggest check your bulbs first. If the bulb doesn't really work, I guess, you really have to change a new one.

If it's an intermittent problem with the wiring, maybe it was working when the car was being looked at by whoever fixed it, after them trying something else like replacing a bulb. I'm really surprised at how many times more than one thing contributes to a problem.

I'd definitely look into it because in my area, I'm sure you could be charged for not having properly working turn and brake signals.

Were he able to seek an experts advice? Does his blinker a new one or was just been repaired? I guess, to avoid this costly, its good to buy for the high quality of your blinker.

Yeah, I have an idea. You've probably been ripped off. I suggest you buy a new one now. Good luck!

Like what he said, it works but keeps going out again and again.

He's right about this actually. You know you should really check the wiring your self first. Then the bulb, try it with other inputs as well if they're working or not.

Have your friend check its wirings? Maybe there's just a loose wire.

Oh yes, the light bulbs too. It is possible that they really are weak and nothing more else.

Really? There's a law where your car should always have properly working turn and brake signals?
