Thread: Car problem

My nephew had a problem. Whenever the engine light turns on, the codes would read that there is a problem with the Mass Air Sensor or the Map Sensor. When it change gear, it rides rough and sometimes when he touches the brake, the car would decrease its RPM and eventually stop. Do you think there is a problem with the crank sensor?

Was your car checked by a mechanic? The pins on the MAF plug must be inspect. Some people would unplug the MAF to check the air filter and eventually the plug becomes loose. Anyway, they know what to do.

i think there is something wrong with the sensor ..let the professional check on it..
