    Default Water drips out

    The water starts to drip out and the reservoir dries whenever my friend's car stopped and the engine turned off. Actually, the car is not overheating and when he inspect the water from the radiator, if it's dry on the top, he'd usually added more coolant on it. Is there a problem with the thermostat?

    Cool Water drips out

    Probably not the thermostat. find out where the drip is commg from. Could be a hose, radiator, or water pump.
