Thread: Belt

Hello. I'm using a Honda Civic. Lately I noticed that I'm changing the belt too often. The last last last time I did, I measured the distance that I can travel with it. When I hit approximately 10,000 miles I had to change the belt again. Then, when I hit 12,000 I had to change again. Then 10,000 again. I do have money to buy for belts but isn't that mileage too early to change belts? If yes, what do you think is the problem?

Go to a mechanic too before buying a belt. You must make sure.
