i have a dump truck and yesterday i was able to hear that there was a squeeking sound as if it was a metal being rubbed to another metal every time the tires rotate, what is it?

I think it’s the brake pads, try checking your brake pads maybe it’s worn off

Maybe your brake pads are worn off , try to check your brake pads and your backing plate, see if its clashing the rotor disc

thanks guys, i had it check it was indeed the break pads, and you know what good thing that i had it check because my mechanic was able to notice that my tire rods bolts are very loose it could have cause an accident if it took as awhile to check the break pads without looking into the tire rods.

i agree with the guys check your break pads, that could be the problem... do not forget to look into the tie rods and clips, dumptrucks usually have problems with those because of the load of the truck that they carry.

Nice! Good thing you see your tire rod loose because if it continues you might have a problem in your steering system. Tight it hard, OK?

    Default Squeeking sound.

    Hi,

That sound can be caused by broken bearing. Because some time ago me too face a similar problem and that was a bearing damage problem.
